Delete your Creati.ai account

This page explains how to delete your Creati.ai account. It applies to the website creati.ai and to the Creati.ai - AI Tools & Agents app for Android and iOS, published by SharkAI. The website and the app share one account, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period.

Delete your account on the website

1. Sign in to creati.ai with the Google, Apple or GitHub account you want to delete.
2. Open your account menu and go to Settings, or open Settings directly.
3. In the Delete account section, click Delete account.
4. Review what will be deleted, tick the confirmation box, type DELETE and click Delete my account.

You will be signed out and taken back to the home page.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Creati.ai - AI Tools & Agents app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to the Saved tab and tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you don’t see Delete account in the app, update the app to the latest version or follow the website steps above.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, avatar and billing details
• Technical sign-up data such as IP address, browser and operating system
• Your Google, Apple and GitHub sign-in connections and your sign-in history; you are signed out on all devices
• Your saved AI tools and agents (they cannot be restored)
• Your email notification settings

What is kept

• Reviews and ratings you posted stay on product pages so that product ratings remain accurate, but they are anonymized: your name and avatar are removed and they are shown as “Anonymous user”.
• Your past searches are kept only in anonymized form and are no longer linked to your email address.
• If you unsubscribed from our emails, we keep that opt-out (no longer linked to any account) so that we never email that address again.
• Usage data collected through Google Analytics is deleted automatically at the end of the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts that need our help

If your account has orders or payments, products you submitted, or ads and promotions, it can’t be deleted automatically, because that would also remove live product pages and billing records. In that case the website tells you so and nothing is deleted. Email [email protected] from your account’s email address and we will delete your account for you.

Signing up again

You can sign up again at any time with the same Google, Apple or GitHub account. This creates a new, empty account: your old saved items are not restored and your old reviews stay anonymous.

Signed in with Apple? Before signing up again with Apple, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name and remove Creati.ai from the apps that use Sign in with Apple.
