Heavy Project Cargo Position FGVT as a specialist in heavy-lift/oversized cargo Build BD portfolio showcasing power transformer, oversized cables, train set and other OOG cargo delivery from Thailand (cross border) and sea freight from origin to various site in Malaysia.
Cross-Border Logistics Strengthen Thailand–Malaysia–Singapore corridor Offer door-to-door MTO packages, collaborate with Thai agent for customs & permits for type of logistics business across business unit i.e Inland, Government, Internal Business and other relevant opportunity.
East Malaysia Line Grow volume on Sabah/Sarawak sectors Offer bundled air-sea-road packages (esp. for Shopee cargo) with KLIA as central hub for Air Mode and with few liners such as MTT, Hock Leong for Sea Mode.
Rail & Energy Projects Leverage CRRC Batu Gajah & RTS project exposure Build long-term BD relationships with rail OEMs (CRRC, Alstom, DMIA, Hyundai Rotem) and other rail and infrastructure vendors and principal i.e MRT Corp, Prasarana Berhad, RTSO.
Global Forwarders Tie-up Tap international MTO or freight forwarder networks Act as local partner for global 3PLs entering Malaysian infrastructure tenders by collaborate with MNC freight forwarder i.e Rhenus Logistics, Blue Water Shipping, JAS, DHL etc.

Objective: Optimize asset utilization and offer diversified warehousing services to local and international clients.
