Invoice Tracker is a web-based service that connects to your email (primarily Google) via secure OAuth to find invoices and receipts. Its AI extraction parses vendor names, amounts, invoice numbers and dates, classifies subscriptions vs one-off charges, filters spam, and generates a clean, searchable invoice record. Files are automatically synced into a Year > Month Google Drive folder structure and can be exported as CSV or PDF. Accountants can view shared read-only dashboards for multiple clients, enabling streamlined bookkeeping and faster tax preparation.
