В том числе за их услуги lite и elite версии программы по поиску утерянных seed-фраз и один платеж за предоставление списка утерянных seed фраз. Служба поддержки обвиняет меня в уклонении от условий, указанных на сайте и не предоставляет мне оплаченные мне услуги.
